Briar Group is a contemporary leader in the Massachusetts restaurant scene and proud to be a family-owned and operated organization for 30+ years. We are committed to providing a distinct style of Irish hospitality, hailing from our early days in Brighton with the opening of The Green Briar Pub in 1989.
Our collection of concepts has grown and evolved over time, welcoming a variety of modern pubs, entertainment and sports destinations, upscale restaurants, cocktail bars, and coffee shops. Active locations span from Boston to Cambridge, Foxborough, Hingham, and most recently, Rochester, New Hampshire.
The team behind Briar Group is comprised of several seasoned industry vets in the operations, culinary, administrative, marketing, creative services, and event management fields. Hospitality, passion, and commitment to growth are the driving forces behind everything we do.

Most recently, Briar Group partnered with Granite State Gaming & Hospitality to bring its industry expertise to the food and beverage concepts at the Lilac Club and Beach Club casinos.
Through the opening of Lucky Oak Bar & Grill at Lilac Club and the busy summer season at The Porch at Beach Club Casino, The Briar Group provided a variety of services, including but not limited to: executive level advice, operational and marketing strategy, and hands-on management.
The partnership marked a pivotal moment for Briar Group; not only as the first venture outside of Massachusetts, but also a first entry into the gaming industry. Briar Group is thrilled to have brought decades of industry knowledge and experience to the table and set the tone for a successful daily operation at the casinos' restaurants.
